Feeding

Basically eating habits should be established consisting of a balanced diet that includes the four major food groups:
• Meat, fish, poultry and grains.• Milk and dairy.• Bread and cereals.• Fruits and vegetables.

And a decrease in consumption of sugars between meals. The sugars are not present only in the candy but also in fruits, juices and yogurts. These foods are considered acidogenic thus favoring the assembly of tooth decay.
But there are also foods that do not induce the formation of cavities as cheese, carrots, cucumbers, sugar-free chewing gums and vegetables slightly acidogenic.
Avoid consuming any food night after brushing since this is the most important because during the night, there is no standard salivary flow so no sweep food biological and remain attached to the teeth.
